After having kids, my lower back KILLED me. My hips felt so stiff and even the basic day to day movements left me in pain. It was like I HAD NO CORE AT ALL, I couldn’t stand holding my baby without low back pain, let alone squat or deadlift. I knew I couldn’t live the rest of my life that way. I took massive action to figure out what was happening in my body and tried a lot of weird new things. This workshop is a sneak peak of the foundation for all I have learned about the core!

What’s included/ how does this work?

An hour long workshop that dives deep into the core muscles + functions and actively takes you through specific exercises to wake your abs up. Followed by 30 minutes of Q+A with Stacey!

Hey there! I’m Stacey.

Once I became a mom, my body didn’t just “bounce back”. I couldn’t just exercise like I did before kids. My alignment wasn’t the same, I couldn’t feel my abs, it was frustrating AF. I have learned SO much over the past several years and will only continue to provide the best information for women. Far too many moms spend too much energy worrying about “getting their body back” instead of taking the time to let their bodies heal properly. I want you to feel amazing in your body for a really long time. When we shift the focus off of quick fixes and acknowledge that strength training our bodies is a constant evolution, magic happens.
