Scheduling is always an adventure for the personal trainer and the client, especially when it comes to group training sessions. Although emergencies, illnesses, and work issues arise, this is how I make my living and I need notice. Thanks!
Please note that your training fee includes the preparation time spent before and after the session, in addition to the time spent with you. Please pay before the start of the scheduled training session.
Training Pricing is as follows:
• Five Group Training Sessions: $300
• Ten Group Training Sessions: $600
• Single 1-1 Training Session: $150
• Five 1-1 Training Sessions: $750 ($150/session)
• Ten 1-1 Training Sessions: $1500 ($150/session)
Payment can be made with cash, check to Stacey Schaedler Strength or any major credit card.
Group Training Session Clients:
Please give me 24-48 hours notice if you are going to miss or cancel your group training session. If you do not, you will be charged for that training session. This is particularly critical in the group setting. Again, I understand that “life happens,” but when it comes to group training sessions it’s very difficult to make scheduling changes. With proper notice I can work with you to find a time slot that fits best your schedule.
1-1 Training Session Clients:
Please give me 24 hours notice if you are going to miss or cancel your appointment. If you do not, you will be charged for that training session. If given enough notice in advance, I will do my best to reschedule, but cannot guarantee that you will have a makeup training session.
