These are LIVE, coached strength training classes where you’ll learn how to move well, build real strength, and trust your body. You’ll get real-time coaching, thoughtful cueing, that makes you feel grounded, intentional, and connected to your body.

How long are the classes?

Each Live Class lasts 50-60 minutes.

How do I register and join?

All Live Classes take place over Zoom. 

First, register and pay for the class you want to attend by clicking the “Register here” link above. Once you’ve registered you will receive instructions on how to join the Zoom.

How much do Live Classes cost?

Drop-in Live Classes are $30 per session. 

Meet Stacey

I have spent 22 years in the fitness industry and the last 13 running my own business.

I want to be your advocate and share my knowledge. I will always be the one who is comfortable talking about the taboo/unpleasant aspects of being a woman. 

Going through my own pregnancies, I was told my body would just “bounce back” postpartum. That didn’t happen and I have learned SO MUCH as a result. The same thing goes for navigating perimenopause/menopause.

My Focus

My focus is strength training with a strong emphasis on breathing, position, and how the body works as a whole. This approach—paired with informed nutritional education for women in midlife—creates the foundation for my client’s success.

Many of the women I work with come to me after working with physical therapists, chiropractors, or other trainers, but still feel pain, confusion, or disconnection in their workouts.

Not only do my clients learn to move properly, gain strength, and eliminate pain, they learn to listen to their bodies.
