As a nutrition coach, and busy mom I REALLY like to have a few of my weekly meals automated so that some of the decision making is gone on my end.

I always joke with my coaching clients that I’m no Betty Crocker and HECK I’m no Ginny Lawrence either (that’s my MIL the personal chef ). After years of unhealthy dieting and food allergies I ended up creating my own way to eat.

Now I can eat to FEEL great, maintain my weight AND still enjoy all the foods I love, without cooking taking over my life.AND MY KIDS EAT IT TOO 🙌🏼 I call it PLUG N PLAY.

PLUG N PLAY enables me to prepare my protein in advance and pair it with tasty veggies, fats and carbs AND it’s sustainable (10 years and counting on my end). Since I am not a fan of long elaborate recipes I rely on a variety of condiments, prepackaged foods,as well as easy pre-cut vegetables to keep my family fed with minimal stress on my end.

After competing in figure competitions I truly understood that nutrition was the key to fat loss, but I had taken it to an unhealthy extreme. I was left with temporary results, weight rebound, HATING MY BODY and depression. THERE HAD TO BE A BETTER WAY. One that was sustainable, liveable, enjoyable, not induced by fear or temporary. 

This has only been further proven when my life got busier and I had to feed my family! THIS SHIT WORKS. It’s not perfect, you don’t have to LOVE COOKING, or spend a TON OF MONEY + TIME to feed yourself well while hitting your protein + calorie targets!
