Take it outside this Memorial Day weekend with Stacey Schaedler Strength’s  kettlebell workout!

Warm weather is here to stay and one of my favorite ways to shake up my routine is to get outside. There are so many parks and fields in South Boston it’s hard to decide where to take your training!
Whether you are a newbie looking for a total body workout or a seasoned lifter looking to move through your full range of motion after a day at the gym THIS CIRCUIT IS FOR YOU!

*It is all levels friendly and scalable to meet your individual needs.

**If you want to up the intensity add a kettlebell to the step ups in either a goblet style hold or a rack position. The same is true for the lunges, should you want more! Swings can be hand to hand or you can do Figure 8’s instead!
