As you can see I do a lot of playing around in my spare time and  it’s always fun when my strength training and yoga practice combine to result in some fun bodyweight trick unexpectedly!
I can feel Spring in the air and as a result I am putting my #progressnotperfection hoodies on sale for $45 so I can make room for some new tanks!
