HERE is the full video!

In my opinion slow and steady wins the FAT-LOSS race. The amount of weight lost in my online nutrition coaching group has steadily reached over 100lbs! Slowly but surely through simple habit changes such as increasing protein intake, cycling calories based on activity levels, as well as incorporating an individuals favorite foods daily; the individuals in the group have proved that little changes create long lasting results. Last chance to sign up for October’s group which starts THIS MONDAY October 15th!  Anthony and I are constantly experimenting with simple ways to help people get more protein into their diets. It’s the number one fat loss tool anyone can add to their arsenal…EAT THAT PROTEIN! This past week we can up with this sweet treat 🙂

1/2 cup egg whites
Scoop of protein powder (we tried vanilla and chocolate)
1 tsp cinnamon
Frozen fruit (we used Trader Joe’s Berry Blend)
Spray wafflemaker with fat free olive oil
Put 1/2 of mix on waffle maker
Held down for about 2-3mins depending on how much batter we used
Microwaved 1 cup frozen fruit for 1 min and drizzled the juices atop the waffle…used the warm berries as topping.
Here are two more fall recipes you might like to try!
Pumpkin Muffins
Pumpkin Protein Shake
