This weeks #Tutorial #Tuesday featured one of my “oldie but goodie” all time favorite rowing variations… The Bent Over Row (in line lunge stance). Performing the row in this manner allows us to create a GREAT TOTAL BODY EXERCISE… using just a kettlebell and your own body!
