The benefits of breathing are too many to name! The fact is we have over 20,000 opportunities each and every day to improve our ability to breathe. Breathing is the foundation of a strong core and breathing establishes the strongest foundation for movement. I have touched on this briefly before, but this post will go into more depth. Here are a few of my favorite breathing drills that I use with my clients in person and online to improve core strength.

These breathing exercises can be done daily, as part of your meditation practice, as a warmup for strength training, as a break in the middle of your busy day, or as a way to chill the fuck out before bed!
